These Terms & Conditions govern the use of My Blog (“the Site”) and the purchase of any digital products sold on it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Products

All products sold on My Blog are digital goods — delivered electronically (download link and/or license key) and not shipped physically. No physical item will be sent to you.

2. Orders & Payment

We currently accept payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (manual Send Money, verified against the Transaction ID you provide) and Cash on Delivery where offered. Orders paid by manual mobile banking are reviewed and confirmed by our team, usually within a short time.

You are responsible for entering accurate billing details and a valid Transaction ID where one is required — orders cannot be processed without it.

3. Delivery

Once an order is marked Completed, download links and any license key(s) become available immediately in your account (or via the guest order link, if you checked out without an account) and are also emailed to the address you provided.

4. Licensing

Unless stated otherwise on the individual product page, purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product under the terms described on its product page. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license our products as your own without written permission.

6. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent payment information, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Blog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
